Artist's Statement  ::
I began working in glass as a designer and fabricator of stained glass windows. From that base, I studied sculpture and began to produce three- dimensional work. I use many methods from cutting, polishing and assemblage to etching and beading. Recently my work has been focused on beaded pieces designed to capture and enhance the light. This work, though meticulous and time intensive is satisfying because the resulting works are compelling.
