Artist's Statement ::
"My work is a study in the landscapes that exist within the mind and body. Those subtle psychological ticks that motivate us to have thoughts that are useless in everyday life, but gives us a sort of meaning to the mundane activites and humor in the midst of tragedy. The work often evolves from the same type of nervous energy a child feels when he or she is chewing on the pencil in school. Most of all I try to make work that most people can make a connection with even if they are not an expert on art, I think accessibility is of utmost importance."
