Artist's Statement ::
"Inspired by my numerous journeys in Kenya, America, Europe, I am trying to express through my paintings the everyday life and people. The numerous bright colors express the extraordinary variety and complexity of the world.
The beautiful landscapes of Bretagne, the west area of France I am based in, in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean, grey and dark in the winter, bright green in the springtime, ocean blue in the summer and red in the autumn, mixed with all beautiful images collected worldwide in Los Angeles, Nairobi, Abidjan, Lisboa,… remind me liberty, serenity, sometimes sadness, people of the world living in perfect harmony or fighting, animals and nature.
I hope you can find all this in my paintings.
